    Black Lava 3/4" is black in color when wet, and gray-bluish when dry it has a volcanic texture, and is normally used for decorative purposes, it is also useful around fire pits for flame performance, pathways, water features, and as a top-dressing material that acts as a weed barrier, in pathways pairs well with larger cobble or boulders for natural landscapes.

    Dolomite is used as a source of magnesium metal and of magnesia (MgO), which is a constituent of refractory bricks. Dolostone is often used instead of limestone as an aggregate for both cement and bitumen mixes and also as a flux in blast furnaces. The use of dolostone as a flux has increased, especially since environmental contamination has become a widely heeded consideration, because the resulting slag can be employed for such things as lightweight aggregate, whereas that formed when limestone is used cannot. It’s a beautiful decorative addition to any garden!

Acapulco Rock & Soil customer satisfaction is our top priority. Will do our best to help to be flexible in unique situations. In order to avoid strenuous situations, please verify that the material you requested is the material you received. Acapulco Rock & Soil reserves all rights to make changes to the return policy without prior notice.

1. No returns after 45 days from the date of purchase. All returns require receipt.
There will be a 25% - 35% restocking fee on all returned items.

  • a) If returned within 1-15 days there will be a 25% restocking fee,

  • b) If returned within 15-29 days you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee

2. Cash refunds are available for customers that paid in cash.  Receipt is required.

3. All materials ordered from our external suppliers (McNear, Belgard, Calstone, MSI, Delta BlueGrass and Purchase Green) are considered final sale, no exceptions.

4. We allow returns on pre-packaged materials such as Acapulco Rock & Soil brand bags and Quikrete bags upon inspection. The bags must be sealed, the material must be in good condition and the bags must be full.

5. Pallet deposits will be returned from third party vendors with receipt. We accept wooden pallets for $10.00 per pallet. 

6. The materials under promotion or on sale are final sale, returns are not allowed.

7. Materials that were placed on hold must be picked up within 4 days. All items held beyond 4 days may be resold.

8. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR MATERIALS HELD OVER 30 DAYS. Material purchased must be picked up within 30 days from the date of purchase. Acapulco Rock & Soil is not responsible for any material held beyond 30 days.
